Mike Reeves
Mike studied car design at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California and has always had a passion for fast cars. Although he now works in yacht design he recently designed and had built a two-seater mid-engine sports car, the Avocet, which was launched at the Royal Automobile Club in London in March 2012.

Michelle is a journalist, presenter for BBC World News and a freelance travel writer for the Daily Telegraph, Conde Nast Traveller and Tatler. She was working for Newsweek in China during the mid-1990s when she first heard about the rally -- and has since been seeking a co-driver for this transcontinental adventure.
